It is an automated calling system that will inform you of the following:

 

• Student Absences
• Bus cancellations
• Important messages or events within the school  (306-748-2575)
• Important messages or events within the school division (306-949-6397)

When can I expect to be called?

You can expect to be called the day your child misses any classes. You can also expect to be called if the school or a school division has a special announcement.

Please listen to the message.

It will ask you to press a number on your telephone keypad to acknowledge that you received the message. Pressing this button indicates the call has been heard by someone in your household.

What should I do if I am called?

In most cases the messages are for your information only.  You do not need to do anything.
If the message is in regards to a student being absent please call the school to let us know why the student was absent.
Call the school if you missed the message or have any questions.
